How we challenged our team spirit - STP Summer Event 2015

It was a day full of team challenges, food and party. For the fourth time Schibsted Tech Polska gathered employees at the annual Summer Event.

This year the trip went to Folwark Zalesie near Wieliczka city. In a huge green field almost 110 employees competed for a full afternoon with fun activities such as paintball, photo hunt, forest terrain driving, blindfolded orienteering and painting hanging in the air between tall trees.

Team challenges

“It is all about team challenges,” says Office Coordinator Aleksandra Górna, who was mainly responsible for organizing the company event.

“In our every day work we usually sit in front of the computer. Therefore, we wanted the summer event to have lots of physical activities in fresh air to challenge the teams. ”

And of course…a party!

After rivaling the whole afternoon the employees gathered for an outdoor barbeque party with fantastic food, drinks and chilling music.

Cool people

“This was really team building, especially painting pixels hanging on ropes. Everyone had to work hard and cooperate. I also loved the offroad cars,” says Szymon Skórczyński, developer in our office in Gdansk.

“And the weather was perfect – so it was a real summer event! Of course also because of the people, who – as always in STP – are very cool!”
