About the Role
In this role, you will be initially responsible for 11 developers, working in two cross-functional teams – VG-TV and Niches team (specialised brands such as Godt (cooking), MinMote (fashion), Pent (weather), Tek (reviews). Your main goal will be to foster a positive work environment where our people can thrive and perform at their best. The teams are distributed with some developers working remotely from different parts of Poland.

About you:
- You have experience with management and personnel management in developer teams.
- You love building successful teams and know how to inspire others to improve.
- You have an inclusive and participatory leadership style.
- You are pragmatic and solution-oriented.
- You have a good understanding of team dynamics and know how to build trust and safety within the team.
- You think lean and act agile.
- You have a solid understanding of technology to rely on, typically with a master’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English at a professional working level.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in project and change management.
- Background or strong interest in media.
We work in a hybrid way and would like to catch up with you at our vibrant and colourful office in Kraków 2-3 days per week. This allows for collaboration and meaningful connections with the team. If you’re not the working-from-home kind of person, you are of course welcome in our office every day!
