ABOUT THE ROLE

The AI Tools and Integration Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, deploying, and integrating AI solutions into the company’s business processes. This role is also responsible for contributing to the development of internal training programs, ensuring that employees, including non-programmers, can effectively use and build tools with AI technologies. You will work closely with product owners, technical teams, and non-technical staff to optimize workflows and democratize the use of AI across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and Select AI Tools: Continuously assess AI tools available in the market, identifying those that align with business needs and will improve process automation and efficiency.
  • Integration: Be technically responsible in collaborations to implement the integration of AI tools with existing IT systems, ensuring compatibility, security, and seamless operation.
  • Contribute to Internal Training Development: Contribute to design and development of internal training materials on AI tools, empowering employees to use them effectively.
  • Empower Non-programmers: Develop and support training initiatives aimed at enabling non-technical staff to become “tool builders” by leveraging AI tools, fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product development teams, IT, and business units to understand workflow challenges and propose AI solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI tools and processes, and assist in training team members to effectively use and manage AI systems.Bonus: use AI to automate as much of our own internal processes as possible to set an example for other units across the company.

 

ABOUT YOU

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in software integration or testing, AI tools implementation, or IT systems development.
  • Experience of using AI tools and integrating them in work flows.
  • Experience in developing or contributing to (internal) training programs, especially for non-technical users.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve integration challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI tools and integration processes to non-technical stakeholders, including enabling non-programmers to become tool builders.
  • Proficiency in programming and experience with api access to AI services (e.g.,OpenAI, Claude, Google Vertex etc).
